Shuttle buses from Cagliari Elmas Airport to the conferences' venue

A shuttle service has been set up based on the reservation requests by the conferences' attendees.
As general criterion, one hour maximum has been forecast from landing to the shuttle departure.
This means that, including an average baggage claim time of about 30 mins, Maximum wait times will be 30 mins.
Shuttle buses will leave as from the following schedule.

NB: buses capability is largely oversized with respect to the received reservations. In the improbable case of seat lasting, booked attendees before September 27 have priority.
