The conference will be hosted in a quite dynamic site, from the point of view of scientific research, based on the parallel networks of Academy, with the Universities of Cagliari (http://www.unica.it) and Sassari (http://www.uniss.it), and local Administration (http://www.sardegnaricerche.it), with the three distributed Scientific and Technological Districts, focused on biomedicine, ICT and energy, and support several thematic laboratories.

Sardinia is the second largest island in Italy. Its climate and its sea make it a celebrated tourism destination, famous worldwide. Moreover, it also reveals other treasures, on the side of cultural heritage, popular traditions, wine and food. Wikipedia
The venue for the joint conferences has been proposed by the University of Cagliari on its territory, at the other end of the impressive 8 km long Poetto's beach that leads to Cagliari for visitors travelling west from Villasimius, along the wonderful southern Sardinian coast, or from the airport of Cagliari Elmas along the road belt (SS.554) that surrounds the city. The conference will take place at the Setar Hotel, at the junction of the SS554 and the southern coast road, that mixes the amenity of a holiday resort and the efficiency and organization of a city hotel and congress center.
