Hotel Setar manages the accomodation. Please directly contact it by e-mail or phone by mentioning your attendance at ESREF/ISROS.

NB: the hotel is fully booked for the symposium - DO NOT use on-line booking.
(The whole Hotel is booked for the Symposium. No rooms are available for web booking).

RATES

The Hotel applies the following daily rates:

* due to a typing error, the true rate is €128 instead of €120. Apologies for this.

A limited number of residence apartments are available for 2-3 person occupancy, at a B&B rate of 53 euros pp per night. Ask Hotel for details.

Part of the attendees will be lodged at the Sighientu Hotel, 2 km away from Setar.
Notes
- A shuttle service will be provided.
- Rates will be identical for the regular rooms at both Setar and Sighientu Hotel.
- The choice will be made upon specific request and/or availability.
