IPFA & IRPS Conferences

The ESREF conference joins the world of electron device reliability by sharing its expert community with two other first-level world conferences on electron devices' reliability: IPFA and IRPS. The collaboration is so strong that each year the two best papers of each of the three conferences are invited to the other two ones.

The authors of the Best Paper of IRPS 2012 and the Best Paper of IPFA 2012 are invited to present their papers at ESREF 2012. ESREF2012's two Best Papers' authors are sponsored to present the paper either at IRPS 2013 or at IPFA 2013.
