Actions due for accepted papers

Caveat

Please, notice that at least one author per paper (oral or poster) is requested to register and to settle the conference fees not later than May 30, 2012 June 3, 2012.

In the case that no conference fees have been paid before such deadline, the paper will be removed immediately from the ESREF 2012 program and will NOT be published neither in the proceedings, nor in the Microelectronic Reliability journal.

June 30, 2012(HARD) Final version of the paper ready for printing

Step 1

Confirm that you accept:

a. to register before May 30, 2012 June 3, 2012;
b. the assignement of your paper made by the Technical Program Committee (oral or poster);
c. The deadlines listed above.

by downloading, printing, signing and sending back by May 8, 2012 the agreement at the following link: Authors' policy form

Step 2

A mentor will be assigned to review your paper and to support you in preparing the final version. Starting from this point we are NO LONGER using the EasyChair system, but the editing system by Elsevier (see step 4).
Please, use the standard template you have used for the extended abstract.

Check the name of the mentor at this link, and take contact with her/him by the email address in this list.

Step 3

Edit your full paper using the same template of the abstract submission, with a limit of 6 pages.
First version of the full paper must be submitted to the elsevier website (instruction below) by May 30, 2012 June 3, 2012.
Submit the full version of your paper at the following link (Elsevier):
NB: specify 'Special issue: ESREF2012' as Article Type'

Step 4

After a second interaction with the assigned mentor, the final step for publication is the submission to the Elsevier website by June 30, 2012.

- final papers must be submitted in source (word processor) format, with separate high quality figures, NOT IN PDF;
