Tutorials attendance form

Dear participant, in case you would like to attend any of the proposed tutorials on Monday Ocrober 1, we warmly encourage you to fill out the form at the Tutorial registration page.

Notice

A Shuttle reservation form has been published for attendees interested in shuttle transport from the Cagliari international airport to the conference hotels.

Registration

The registration procedure is now open. Two possible payments are available:

1. Credit Card payment

Compile the Registration application, click on the <<<submit>>> button, then fulfill the subsequent credit card billing form.
You'll receive two e-mail confirmations (registration + billing).

2. Wire Transfer

NB: for Italian Public Administrations, check the box below
Compile the Registration application, click on the <<<submit>>> button, then leave the credit card billing page and forward the e-mail receipt you got to esref2012<at>unicas.it, asking us for the bank account to wire transfer to.

Do NOT use the bank account below for non-Italian public administrations

Registration fees - (vat free*):

* Registration fees are Italian VAT free. No VAT reimbursement applicable.
** A proof of the student status is required.
*** Includes one full registration.

Regular/student registration

The regular/student fee includes:

• the conference proceedings,
• the attendance to tutorials on October 1,
• the access to the conference rooms (Regular sessions and Workshops),
• the access to the industrial exhibition hall,
• the coffee breaks and refreshments,
• the lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday,
• the welcome party and the gala dinner.

Accompanying registration

The accompanying registration fee includes:

• the welcome party and the gala dinner****.

****Lunch tickets will be available at the conference desk depending on availability.
